CHICASA offers sleep and home comfort products, including mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, blankets, and related accessories.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, specifications, and prices are accurate.

- Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings;
- Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes;
- Product specifications may be updated to improve quality or performance.
Such variations do not affect the essential functionality or intended use of the product.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, CHICASA will:

- Provide a full refund for unavailable items.

Customers should inspect packaging upon delivery and report any visible transport damage as soon as possible.
9. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the products.
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

11. 100-Night Mattress Trial
Eligible CHICASA mattresses include a 100-Night Trial.
The trial:
- Begins from the date of delivery;
- Applies only to qualifying mattress products;
- Allows customers to test mattress comfort at home.
We recommend allowing sufficient adjustment time before making a final decision.
The 100-Night Trial is subject to specific conditions, including return requirements and applicable fees.

12. Warranty
CHICASA products are covered by applicable warranty protection.
Unless otherwise stated, eligible products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by improper use;
- Accidental damage;
- Incorrect maintenance;
- Product modifications;
- Damage caused by exceeding recommended limits.
